If you want to check in early 75$ fee- the place is fantastic very nice. But I had zero replies from the hosts the entire time. Also something to note there's some sort of maintenance person coming by at least everyday of the week. So just something to keep in mind. The property is great and very well taken care of but just some things to keep in mind. We even tried to extend the stay but never heard a reply from hosts.

This nicely renovated house is in a quiet Tampa neighborhood that is convenient to both St Petersburg and downtown Tampa. If you stay in the summer, consider bringing along a few extra fans, as the outdoor heat made it hard for the whole house to cool. Otherwise, our stay was as flawless as the landscaping and we will definitely rebook when we return to the area!

Good location to Raymond James & downtown. Nice back door set up, landscaping was pretty. Apartment complex direct behind (no issues), surrounding homes were not as well kept, neighbor next door smoking marijuana frequently on his front porch. Maintenance 3/5 - many things were overlooked and should have been repaired. Cleanliness 3/5. The kitchen lacked several basics such as a frying pan larger than 6”, property manager did bring a larger one the day after we arrived, no pot holders/oven mitts. Beds were comfortable. Towels have seen better days. It worked but the price was hefty.

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and close to stores/restaurants.
